Dairy Conservation Navigator (dairyconservation.org) (the “Site”) was created by and is managed by Dairy Management, Inc. in conjunction with its affiliate organization the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy (together, Dairy Management, Inc. and the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy are hereinafter “DMI”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy. The Site may provide links to websites created and managed by entities other than DMI (“Third-Party Sites”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to Third-Party Sites.
DMI is committed to protecting your privacy. The following describes the information that you may provide to us when you use the Site, as well as the various ways we treat the information that you provide to us when you use the Site.
DMI only collects personally identifiable information (“PII”) from you with your specific knowledge and consent.
DMI uses your PII to provide you with the service you have requested. For example, if you submit a question or concern to us using our Contact form and enter your question or concern and email address, we will only use your email address to respond to your question or concern. DMI does not sell any of the Site users’ PII.
We allow access to data from the Site by third parties that provide us with services that are essential to the upkeep of the Site, such as technical maintenance, but only for the purpose of and to the extent necessary for those third parties to provide their services. Any third party that has access to data from the Site for this purpose is bound by the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.
